If the intention was for tutoring/learning, or seeking information about our product & services, gurupaata team will guide you accordingly via phone call, SMS or e-mail.

gurupaata doesn't allow registration for Home Tuition Agencies & Organizations who are engaged in providing products or services similar to that of gurupaata.com (or) who is engaged in collection of data from gurupaata website and sharing/utilizing it for the benefit of competitors. If there are any such registrations, gurupaata.com reserves the right to terminate those accounts without any prior notice & without processing the refund of subscription associated to those accounts. gurupaata also reserves the right to initiate any legal proceedings if any 'Home Tuition Agencies or Organizations' contravenes condition as stated above.

Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment to upgrade to any of our premium membership plans or buy extra coins. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
Before availing any of our advertising packages - Sponsored Listing, Branding Package and Banner Ad, kindly understand the benefits the packages offer. The payment made for any of our Branding packages is non-refundable.

Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses.
Post text, messages, graphics or materials that are sales offers, advertisements, or promotions for products or services.

gurupaata.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice.
For gurupaata ‘Assured’ members

All members who are receiving enquiries from gurupaata in categories that have been marked as ‘gurupaata Assured’ categories will be considered as ‘gurupaata Assured’ members once their application for membership is accepted and approved by gurupaata. Following terms will be deemed as accepted by such members, if they respond (via call, message or booking a demo) to any enquiry in an ‘gurupaata Assured’ category.

Categories will be designated as ‘gurupaata Assured’ categories for ‘online’ or ‘offline’ (tuitions conducted at student’s home, tutor’s home or tuition centers) - via an email communication. The same will be conveyed on gurupaata website if the tutor signs up for any such category. In any case, the decision of gurupaata team regarding the categories or enquiries that qualify as ‘gurupaata Assured’ will be considered as final and binding.
If you have applied for ‘Assured’ membership, your application will need to be accepted and approved by gurupaata, before you can be confirmed as an ‘gurupaata Assured’ member.
Benefits of being an gurupaata Assured member:

You will not lose gurupaata coins if you call someone and the call does not get picked up.

You will be charged gurupaata coins only if you call someone and the call gets connected OR if you get a demo attended by a student.
Your gurupaata coins will never expire

You will get bonus gurupaata coins as an incentive for getting payments from students who posted an enquiry on gurupaata

Commission rates as chargeable to gurupaata Assured members:
If you are signed up as a Free Member, you will be charged 35% of any payment that you receive from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link (applicable to payments for first 10 classes)

If you are signed up as a Silver Member you will be charged 30% of any payment that you receive from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link (applicable to payments for first 10 classes)

If you are signed up as a Gold Member you will be charged 25% of any payment that you receive from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link (applicable to payments for first 10 classes)

If you are signed up as a Platinum Member you will be charged 20% of any payment that you receive from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link (applicable to payments for first 10 classes)

For any payment received from students for 11th or higher number of classes, a flat rate of 10% commission will be charged.

The commission rates and the pricing scheme mentioned above are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of management at gurupaata.com

Bonus Coins for gurupaata Assured members:

If you get a payment from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link for first 10 classes, you will earn Bonus gurupaata Coins that will be calculated as 20 times the coins that you were charged for connecting with the student (via a call or an online demo)
If you get a payment from students via gurupaata SecurePay Link for 11th or higher number of classes, you will earn Bonus gurupaata Coins that will be calculated as 10 times the coins that you were charged for connecting with the student (via a call or an online demo)

The policy for awarding bonus coins as mentioned above is subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of management at gurupaata.com
Communicating with students and receiving payments from students or learners who posted an enquiry on gurupaata

gurupaata Assured members are required to share only the ‘gurupaata SecurePay’ link with learners who want to make a payment to them for any of the classes they agree to take up with them.

gurupaata Assured members are required to communicate with learners who posted an enquiry on gurupaata, only by using the messaging, call or demo options offered through gurupaata.

Terms of suspension from the gurupaata Assured membership:
gurupaata reserves the right to suspend anyone from gurupaata Assured membership for a period which may last for a few days, months or even permanently, at the sole discretion of management at gurupaata.com, if a member is found to be indulging in any of the following activities:

Sharing their contact information with students via messaging, a call or a demo session conducted through gurupaata.com. Including any contact information that can potentially take the conversation and the student outside of gurupaata, will be considered as a ‘strike’ against the gurupaata Assured member.

Sharing any information, link or any message that can be used by the student to make a payment to the gurupaata Assured member, without using gurupaata SecurePay link, will be considered as a ‘strike’ against the gurupaata Assured member

Any failure to report students (within 24 hours of the incident happening) who either share their contact information or try to transfer payments without using gurupaata SecurePay link, will also be considered as a ‘strike’ against the gurupaata Assured member.

Following will be the duration of suspension for every ‘strike’ against an gurupaata Assured member:

1st strike: Zero days of suspension and a warning to cease & desist from violating the terms of use of ‘gurupaata Assured’ platform

2nd strike: 7 days of suspension and a warning to cease & desist from violating the terms of use of ‘gurupaata Assured’ platform

3rd strike: 30 days of suspension and a warning to cease & desist from violating the terms of use of ‘gurupaata Assured’ platform

4th strike: 90 days of suspension or a permanent removal from ‘gurupaata Assured’ platform, at the sole discretion of the management at gurupaata.com

Support offered to gurupaata Assured members

All gurupaata Assured members, once they are accepted and approved by gurupaata, will be asked to join our ‘Community’ set up on Telegram messenger. The steps to download that application and join the community, will be shared with the members on email.
gurupaata Assured members can send a message on the ‘Community’ chat group on Telegram app, or email live@gurupaata.com to raise their queries or concerns regarding gurupaata Assured.

Venue Only

If you enter into correspondence or engage in commercial transactions with third parties in connection with your use of the gurupaata Service, such activity is solely between you and the applicable third party. gurupaata shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such activity. You hereby release gurupaata.com from all claims arising from such activity.

Except for the Content submitted by members or users, the gurupaata Service and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights therein, is owned by gurupaata.com or its licensors.
